Halva is delicious to consume in a warm French baguette. You can also ad to it some banana slices or strawberry or chocolate chips or nuts like hazelnuts and almonds.

Over the years, despite the fact that new technologies were developed for the halva industry, we at ALKANATER only implemented some of them that allowed us to maintain our well known quality halva. The reason is because halva is a product that is very delicate and sensitive to any little modification in the cooking and preparation stages. In fact, most of the new technologies devised helped mainly in increasing the production capacities of the factories not taking into account the taste, flavor, texture and mouth-feel of traditional halva valued by many consumers around the globe.

For people with diabetes or doing a diet, we have developed SUGAR FREE halva.
